A night made for the next generation
The Saturday English Meeting is a full evening of worship and the Word — songs, prayer, and a message — with everything in English, from the first welcome to the last amen. No Malayalam needed, no church background needed.
It's led by our young people, for young people — and for anyone in the community curious about faith. Bring a friend from school or work, a neighbor, or a question you've been carrying. The setting is casual, the welcome is real, and there's always conversation (and usually food) afterward.
Saturday evenings have always been part of Salem's rhythm — first as cottage meetings in our homes, then as the Saturday night meeting at church. This is the next chapter: a night intentionally opened outward, so that the faith we treasure in two languages can be shared in the one everyone here speaks.
Can't make it in person? The meeting is streamed on YouTube most weeks.
Led by the YPE Director
Bro. Jerison Joy
Bro. Jerison, our Youth Meeting (YPE) director, leads the Saturday English Meeting — the worship, the message, and the welcome, all in English. His heart for this night: that young people own their faith, and that new believers find a church that feels like family from the first visit.
Come this Saturday — and bring a friend.
